ZERTIDATA is our way of bringing clarity and structure to a digital landscape that is becoming increasingly fragmented. Organisations generate more data than ever, yet trust, interoperability and fair use often remain unresolved.
Our approach combines Gaia-X’s trust framework with the Web3 execution and marketplace infrastructure of Ocean Enterprise, allowing data to be shared, analysed and monetised without losing control over it. This is the foundation on which we are building sectoral data spaces in farming, carbon markets, energy and circular economy.
Federated Data Spaces
A federated data space lets organisations collaborate without centralising their information. Data stays where it is, the data room; shared rules and trusted connectors make it usable across sectors and systems.
Web3
Web3 adds transparency and automation. Through smart contracts and tokenised assets, participants can define permissions, run computations and activate new business models.
Gaia-X Trust Framework
Decentralised identities, verifiable credentials and policy enforcement ensure that every actor, dataset and service is authenticated, traceable and compliant.
Ocean Enterprise Layer
Compute-to-data, tokenisation and marketplace capabilities make it possible to extract value from data without exposing raw information.

Every interaction—access, computation, policy—remains verifiable.
This creates a trusted environment for collaboration and certification.
ZERTIDATA harmonises heterogeneous inputs (IoT, labs, field data, logs) into clean, structured digital assets ready for use, sharing or monetisation.
Used in real deployments such as Energy and Regenerative Agriculture.
Data owners decide how their information can be used and under what terms. When a computation or transaction takes place, revenue flows automatically through smart contracts.
Value returns to the data creators.
Participants keep control of their own environments.
They decide who enters, what is executed and what information leaves—without relying on a central platform.
Because algorithms travel to the data—not the opposite—third parties can build models, analytics or certification tools without the risk of exposing confidential information.
This encourages genuine collaboration: everyone can contribute expertise without compromising the integrity or ownership of their datasets.
Aligned with EU Data Act, the Data Governance Act and sector-specific requirements.
Security is not built around firewalls alone, but around identity, policy and verifiability—the same principles that guide Gaia-X. Raw data stays protected unless the owner explicitly decides otherwise.
