• Service: Refers to the Ocean Enterprise Node, the website www.zertifier.com, and all associated blockchain-based infrastructure operated by Zertifier SL.

• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Service or interacting with the Node.

• Data Assets: Any datasets, algorithms, or digital assets published, consumed, or managed through the Ocean Enterprise Node.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptographic keys and any credentials used to access the Node.

The Service operates as part of the Ocean Protocol ecosystem. By using the Node, you acknowledge that:

• Transactions are executed on decentralized blockchain networks.

• Zertifier SL does not have control over the underlying blockchain protocols or the global Ocean Protocol network.

• You are responsible for any gas fees or protocol-level costs associated with your interactions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zertifier SL and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zertifier SL.
