TEMPERATURE AND LOCATION TRACEABILITY
Zertifier proposes the implementation of a fully customizable traceability process based on tag sensors that measure the temperature during the shipment.
In order to do so, Zertifier provides temperature sensitive tags that would be placed on boxes containing the product to be refrigerated.
During the trip, those labels would measure and store internally information about the temperature.
Once the shipment reaches the destination that data can be retrieved and uploaded to the cloud so that the client could download it for the record in the blockchain.
DATA LOGGER: MAIN FEATURES
The solution is based in a thin flexible temperature logger (the tag)
The tag has the form of a sticker or shipping label (size 90mm x125mm x 1mm)
The tag can be programmed to log the temperature with predetermined intervals. The logging intervals can be from 1 minute to 9 hours. The lifetime of the tag, once activated, depends on both logging intervals and the environment of measuring.
The tag can log up to 4.800 temperature points, with an accuracy of +/-0,5ºC. It is suitable for temperature ranges between -30ºC y +50ºC.
TThe tags incorporate a radio frequency identification (RFID) system with dual interface (RFID&NFC). The tags can be configured, started and read with your NFC enabled smartphone or industrial uhf RFID readers along the logistic chain. The tag logs the temperature of your cargo from producer to consumer, regardless the carrier.
The information logged by the tags will be uploaded to our cloud portal. All temperature data will be available in our cloud portal immediately after each reading. The application gives you full control and overview over all the temperature loggers. It gives also a view of the temperature graph of any tag with location data.
The customer can decide who, how and when has access to the data.
The portal is fully cloud based. This means that it requires no locally installed software and can be used from any device.
